BIRTH INTO BEING

Birth Isn't Just For Babies.   Each of us is in the midst of birth processes, weather it’s birthing our dreams, our relationships, our children, or our ourselves.  Every moment we are birthing our life.  And the quality of this life is directly related to how we initially came onto this planet.  The neurological blueprint for our life experience was created during our time of conception, gestation and birth.   This blueprint directly impacts our sexuality.   And our imprinting about sexuality directly effects how we birth babies.  

There is a sexual crisis on the planet now.  There is a birth crisis on the planet now.    As practitioners in the sacred sexual arts we have a powerful opportunity to bridge these aspects of our aliveness by bringing awareness, consciousness and healing to these foundational pieces of ourselves.  

This presentation will include a short clip from Elena Tonetti-Vladimirova's award winning documentary, "Birth As We Know It" (2006),  which is about the correlation between birth trauma and the quality of our life.  The film will be followed by discussion and reflections on how to we can weave this  information into our practices.

Bio

Sharon combines her experience as Dakini, Certified Tantra Educator, Doula, Birthing From Within Mentor, and bodywork

practitioner to offer unique and powerful private sessions, retreats and workshops. With over 25 years of experience in the

healing arts she is gifted in holding a clear, loving space for individuals and couples to explore the fullness of their

whole-being expression.  She passionately embraces the tantric path as a gateway to fully embodying the holy and

bringing enlivened presence to every moment.

Her workshops and private work draw from the blessings and lessons of her life experience blended with the skills,

knowledge and experience she has gained through a variety of training & personal growth courses. Her mentors include

Charles Muir, Caroline Muir, Baba Dez Nichols, David Cates, Jeannie Zandi, Elena Tonetti-Vladimirova and Pam England. She

is a certified Tantra Educators through the Source School of Tantra .

Formerly based in Southwest Colorado Sharon, along with her partner Kenneth, have spent the past year traveling in
