We are extending invitations for gifted Educators and Practitioners to be considered as 2012-2013 Conference of Sexuality & Consciousness Presenters in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, North & South America.

This is a great opportunity to be seen and heard in front of your peers as well as an entirely new target audience.  Each conference city has a diverse sex positive culture and we expect to draw new talent from each pod.  Our invitations are crossing the globe in support of our World Tour of Sexuality & Consciousness.

Request to be a Presenter:

(please note we tend to secure our presenters list 3-6 months prior to the event with overflow or late entries placed on a waitlist therafter):

- Submit a letter of intent decribing how your expertise fits into the 2011 theme: Phoenix Rising: Dawn of a New Era

- Submit a headshot image and biography paragraph

- Submit a topic description for your presentation

- Submit your contact information, specify which is approved for public display

- Submit the location(s) of choice for your appearance

- Submit a list of products you will sell at the presenters table (note, we retain 25% to administrate the store)

- Submit a workshop title to offer pre- post- or during the conference on a profit share basis

Requirements for Keynote Status:

You will have several years of service to your profession, have authored books and/or have products of your service available for back-of-the-room sales, be willing to co-promote your appearance at the ISTA conferences to your email list and social networks, attract as many as 20-50 attendees, and be willing to donate all or a portion of your speaker fee to the non-profit education fund that goes back into ISTA programs.  In exchange for these we will waive entry fees and pay accommodations.  In some cases we will also solicit sponsorships to cover your travel and/or contribute to a speakers fee.  And finally, you will be offered free entry to future ISTA conferences for life.

 

For all other presenters, we have good news!  We have developed a financial plan for those who need assistance to pay for registration.  As you may know, The Sedona Temple and International School of Temple Arts (ISTA) are non-profit organizations who rely upon donations and conference income to produce these and other educational events.  Any income after expenses is reinvested into developing and supporting our programs to raise consciousness across the globe.

We now offer affiliate links that pays you 10% for any sales generated through your unique link.  We have had speakers attract anywhere from 3-50 attendees, and if you estimate your commission at $35-45 per sale, it could be hundreds coming back to you.**  This is an experiment to open the doors of referral-based business in exchange for fees.  Let us know how it feels to you. In some cases we can also provide the opportunity to do workshops surrounding the conference on a profit share basis.  Inquire for details.

The daytime programming of the Conference will be interesting, inspiring, and energizing...... while the evenings will be loads of sweet, sensual fun, networking, and socializing.

Book / Product Sales Suggested Donation:

Books at Presenters Table through the weekend 75%(SPKR):25%(ISTA) split
SPKR manages shipping in/out and product inventory on consignment
ISTA manages administration of inventory check-in, sales display, intake & receipts, inventory checkout, payment disbursement within 5 business days of the event.  Be sure we have the name and address for checks or a bank account for electronic deposit.
 

Video:

Presentations are filmed by ISTA and offered at a 100%:100% split whereby both parties have the right to re-purpose and/or re-sell the presentation to their personal distribution systems.  Any third party agreements, e.g., commercial book/DVD distributor network will involve a negotiation of published credits and/or shared royalty payments for both parties.
